Azizeh Mesrian (1927-2003)
Azizeh nata in Iran in una piccola famiglia nella città di Kerman. Una ragazza con i capelli lunghi, gli occhi e le sopracciglia neri. Lei è stata interessata alle arti ed ai lavori fatti a mano fin da giovane pur proseguendo gli studi si è dedicata anche a lavori artistici. Dal cucito di bellissimi vestiti al ricamo, al ricamo con perline, al ricamo con pailettes e, soprattutto, ha imparato l'arte del ricamo Patteh Duzi nella città di Kerman, che è il centro di quest'arte. A scuola è stata sempre una studentessa eccellente nel campo dell'arte ed ha ricevuto attestati di apprezzamento. Dopo la scuola, lei è andata a vivere a Tehran dove ha continuato a creare grandi ricami di Patteh. Può essere considerata una delle ricamatrici più vecchie della città di Kerman. Oggi vengono esposte due delle sue opere in Regione.
Azizeh was born in Iran in a small familty in the city of Kerman. She was a girl with long hair, black eyes and eyebrows. She was interested in arts and handicrafts since she was young, while pursuing her studies, she also engaged in artstic works. From sewing beatuiful dresses to embroidery, bead embroidery, sequin embroidery and most importantly, she learned the art of Patteh-duzi embroidery in the city of Kerman, which is the center of this art. In school, she was always an excellent student in the field of art and received certificates of appreciation. After school, she came to live in Tehran when she was still young. Even in Tehran she continued to create great art of Patteh-duzi. She can be considered one of the oldest embroiderers in the city of Kerman. Today, that she is no longer with us, two of her works of art have been exhibited in the city of Trento at the Palazzo della Regione Trentino - Alto Adige.
